Welcome to Keswick Tailoring. By accessing our website, booking an appointment, or receiving services from us, you agree to the following Terms and Conditions. Please read them carefully before using our services.
Appointments
Appointments can be booked online through our scheduling tool. Walk-ins are welcome when possible, but booking ahead ensures dedicated time just for you.
If you're running late, we'll do our best to accommodate you — but please know your session may need to be shortened if others are booked after you.
Cancellations & Rescheduling
We kindly ask that you give us at least 24 hours’ notice if you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment.
Last-minute cancellations or missed appointments may result in a fee. Emergencies happen — just keep us in the loop.
Alteration Policy
All alterations are completed exactly according to the pinned measurements and instructions provided by the client during the initial fitting or garment drop-off.
Once pinned, the garment is considered finalized for tailoring. We are not responsible for any changes to body measurements, fit preferences, or garment use that occur after the initial consultation.
Additional requests or changes after the initial work has begun will be treated as a new alteration order and may incur additional charges and turnaround time.
Upholstery Services
Keswick Tailoring is not responsible for errors in client-provided measurements or for issues resulting from customer-supplied materials (e.g., fading, damage, or incompatible fabrics).

Turnaround times and pricing may vary based on the complexity of the project. All quotes are estimates only and are subject to adjustment once the item is reviewed in person.

We always recommend bringing your item to us directly for the most accurate quote and assessment. Online quote requests are discouraged, as we can’t guarantee accuracy without seeing the garment or materials firsthand.
Policy Updates
Keswick Tailoring may update these Terms & Conditions at any time. Changes will be posted on this page with the updated effective date. Continued use of our services after changes are made constitutes acceptance of those terms.
Limitation of Liability

Keswick Tailoring will take all reasonable steps to care for your garments and materials. However, we are not responsible for:
Shrinkage, stretching, or reactions due to fabric characteristics
Wear and tear during normal use after alteration
Damage resulting from misuse, improper washing, or dry cleaning after service
